Yeah, my sobriety date is June 9th of 1990, so 25 years and some change.

And some days it seems like last week, and some days it seems like 50 years ago.

But most of the time, it's just, most of the time I try to approach it as gratitude,

because I am really grateful.

And it's great to be here with you this weekend.

I've been to the Netherlands Convention, I think, five times, three times here at Elspake in this this beautiful beautiful place and a couple of times at a couple of Dutch cities the names of which I could not remember or pronounce and I've always loved this convention and Dina's always loved this convention, and it's

really a blessing to be here, and thank you to Holly and the committee, and to all of you

for your recovery and your fellowship and your warmth this weekend.

We've had a great time.

You know, my drone dialogue is pretty simple.

I drink a lot.

I fell over a lot.

I woke up on other people's bathroom floors a lot.

I woke up in my own living room floor a lot.

I sometimes woke up in my bed a lot.

But it was fairly undramatic.

I didn't, you know, I never, I never went to jail.

I never, I never woke up on another continent after a blackout.
