beach group. And I'm very happy to be part of this weekend. I always have felt it to be an

honor and a privilege to be associated with anything in AA. And when I was asked to be part of this

14th order meeting, I was really thrilled and I want to thank Earl and Al for letting me meet all you people.

The first time I heard the preamble read at my first AA meeting, I knew I belonged to you.

I was a very fortunate woman.

I had looked for Alcoholics Anonymous for five years before I found it.

Although when I looked for it, I didn't know there was a fellowship called Alcoholics Anonymous.

I just wanted to stop drinking more than I wanted anything else in my life,

five years before I found this beautiful program. I was told when I first came into AA,

and I've heard many times since at every meeting, that where to tell what it was like,

what got us here and what happened now.

And because I've always done what I've been told in Alcoholics Anonymous,
