so yeah but you know my breathing is a bit shallow as not so I might not be firing but that's

no excuses I'm not nervous that's the main thing because I feel that I'm not my

own group and yeah I just celebrated 10 years and what's nerves to the

message to the newcomer what I found here thanks for for your shares, three great shares and identified to them all.

My story is different. If you're new, my story might think, well, I'm not like that chat, chap I don't I haven't experienced this and

but it's about there be about 20 or 30 shares and the trick to what I found was as I came back little plants were seeded, little

revelations were realized and as I started hearing this I started conceding and I started to fit to, that there was a place in AA for me, that there was a bit bit of hope and that was delivered by my own group by a consistent shares by the

positivity by you know just any experience and the longevity and that's not found everywhere but it's

in this room tonight so if you're new just stick around listen listen to the similarities, not the differences and you know the key for me was to be beaten because as I've mentioned before I don't I'm not I wouldn't promote the way I've done it but it's my

journey I was a member of this group, came down in 2000 and the latter part 2005, went into treatment.

You don't have to go into treatment, you can get recovery from day dot here tonight,
