I'm an alcoholic.

I've been sober since June 10th, 2002 and that is also my parole date.

Just statistically they kind of match, same day and I'd like to thank Tim for asking

me to speak.

It's really an honor and privilege to do anything from alcoholics anonymous and Mitch

Happy Birthday and Ron and Jim, I'm glad you guys are here.

It's a good deal to see newcomers come in, I mean calling that hotline, you know, that's

a big step.

Just picking up that phone and calling and saying, man, I really need help, but you know,

I get those calls, I take the hotline local home, I get those calls all the time, people

call me up and say, I really think I need help, but you know, to actually get somebody

in a car and go somewhere with you, that's a whole mother challenge, you know, you go,

well, I'll come pick you up, man, I'll help you anyway, again, they're like, well, I'm

kind of busy tomorrow.

I'm like, what's the time, we got something to do, you know, you know, a lot of times we're

real sick and real sorry, but you know, well, I don't know, man, I usually sick, you

know, I was usually sick because I got caught doing something, real sorry, I got caught,
