Good evening. My name is Anas and I'm an alcoholic.

My sober date is the 8th of January 1998 and my home group is a men's group called Men Among Men.

We meet first and night at 8.15 in Copenhagen.

And I always say that when I'm asked to speak because this is two of the most important things that in it for me

because I have a surprise date and I have a home group.

And I think my home group is the greatest meeting in the world.

And I hope you feel the same way about your home group because that's the way I want to feel.

You know, I want to every Thursday night, you know, doing today, you know, I'm just looking forward to go there and see the guys

and hopefully there will be some new guys that we can help and stuff like that.

You know, it's just you know.

I think a year back he said well, he said his week evolves around Thursday because that's his home group, you know.

Every other meeting I go to, I look at a sponsor's meetings and I create to go but I need to be there Thursday night.

We arrange, we love to eat so we meet at 6.30 and we sit down and we have some dinner and you know,

and the new guy who maybe needs to eat a little bit.

He can come and have some food and then let me tell lies and stuff like that.

But it's, I always say, you know, my home group is so important that I also, I need to have a job in my home group.

And if they don't, we like to get elected to do something to be the coffee man or the secretary of stuff like that.

And if I don't get elected to anything, I still, I just steal the work for the coffee man.
