So as we begin this day one of our monthly fast forward challenge, I would like to speak to you today about

especially those people who feel disconnected, people who feel in a dry wilderness season right now.

And maybe you feel unusually tired. You feel like there is something just like a blockage

that's happening in your world. Maybe you just came out of a wonderful breakthrough season.

And for some reason there's this spiritual fatigue

that's hitting you right now or perhaps this spiritual dryness. You just feel dry.

You feel like God isn't there anymore. He has kind of left you. You're not sensing his presence anymore.

You feel this disconnection from him.

And I would like to speak into that today because it is very common for people who come from

extremely high highs spiritually to head extremely lows spiritually as well.

This happened with Israel. They came out of Egypt and they were on a very high spiritual high,

joyful, excited, and then they hit that very rough patch of wilderness.

And in fact, this wilderness lasted for a long time. Jesus gets baptized at the rivers of Jordan,

and it was a wonderful experience. The voice of God speaks. And then we see that Jesus goes through

this time where there is a wilderness season of temptation, trial, and a lot of just even demonic attacks from the outside coming in,

torments, and people experience that.

You don't have to go through extremely spiritual highs to experience lows, but sometimes

it's a prolonged spiritual dry season, spiritual wilderness that a person goes through.

Are you in that season right now?

If you are, I believe this message is going to give you the right tools to conquer and to

overcome and to rise above, especially those of you who are taking the time to fast right now.
