Summary

In this episode of Serial Streamers, Jami recaps the Netflix docuseries Escaping Twin Flames. Jami tries to suppress her rage but finds it difficult because one of the Twin Flames Universe leaders, Jeff, is a real piece of work. Twin Flames Universe is an organization that operates eerily similar to a cult in that members are pressured to disconnect from family, spend their hard earned money on classes that guarantee they’ll be matched with their “twin flame,” among other cult-like characteristics. In reality, the Twin Flames Universe guarantee is a twin FLOP because nobody seems to get what they were promised by alleged relationship scammers, Jeff and Shaleia Ayan (not their real names, of course). The TFU leaders also allegedly pressure members into certain gender-affirming surgeries that they may not have chosen for themselves. Jami shares all of her hot takes on this disturbing, cult-like organization and doesn’t hold back on her feelings about its leaders. Spoiler alert …she HATES them.
