interview I think it's going to be really great to talk to him practice is a unique

way in their words to avoid the college industrial complex. I'm a little jealous.

I kind of wish I would have come up with that term. You know, you guys know me, I am not

somebody that just hates on college for the sake of

hating on college I think there's probably you know 25% of people are probably

about the right head count to enter the university system versus you know 40 50 60 or whatever insane goal they have now

it leads to what we call degree inflation that's where like there's more more

degrees but more and more people who have degrees that don't really bring a lot of values to the table, and the degree costs more than it ever did, but since there's so many of them, the employer values the degree less than before even though it costs you more. I've told

the story before but back before I was doing the podcast one of the companies that I

was a co-owner in we were a contract recruitment firm and I talked to a guy at a chamber

commerce meeting and he was looking for a whole bunch of CSRs.
