Hi there and welcome to Escape pod. I'm your host for this week,

Merlafferty. This week we bring you, this is our Get a Long Brainship by

Kristen Kutman. Kristen is an academic writer and nerd. Her interest include

blatant escapism over analyzing anything and everything playing with her dog and

garlic. She is definitely not too small or Kristen Kutmans in a trench coat.

It's Red Forest by Sophia Quintero. Sophia is a writer and producer who tells

stories that meet audiences where they are and take them someplace better.

Raised in a working class Puerto Rico, Dominican family, and Bronx, and graduating from

Columbia University, the self-proclaimed Ivy League homegirl has published six

novels and twice as many short stories across genres, including YA,

Chick Lit, and Erotica. Under the pen name Black Artemis, she wrote three novels

described as Sister-centered hip-hop noir. This is an escape pod original. The
