Hours by LP Kindred. It was first published by a speculative city in December 2020. LP Kindred

is the Chicagoan Angelino speculative fiction writer. His work explores belonging from Black

and gay identities and appears in fire, love or a burden reads, brismatica, and speculative city.

Kindred is a Hurston Wright and Volna alum. Eating voice is a geeky writer from South Carolina.

Her short fiction can be found in various print and online publications, including Fire Literary

Magazine of Black Spectative Fiction, the year's best start fantasy and horror, Apex Magazine,

Strength Horizons, Light Speed and Podcasts. Her debut middle grade Southern Gothic novel
