Okay guys, we have, well there's no we. It's just me.

I, it's just Erin here. Sarah is on her flight home from Germany, probably in first class.

And lying about it.

So today it is just me and Gabby Bernstein.

We had her on recently and I will admit that I did listen to the episode even though it was about manifesting.

I did give Sarah that download and I did really enjoy it. And so Gabby and I decided to do one the two of us.

Spoiler alert, I don't cry.

So if you're looking for tears, this is not the place to come, but I do open up and I hope nobody will use it against me in the future.

And Gabby's awesome. She's an author of many books. She is very highly regarded.

She helps people get closer to the things that they want, figure out what it is that they want.

And release, let go, and give it up to the universe.

I was going to say we've never talked before, have we?

We haven't, but it's so strange how we live in this world where I feel like we're best friends and I know you.

We share your best friend is a good friend of mine. So that helps. But yeah, no, I feel like I know you.

Well, I feel like I know you too. Girlfriend of mine named Michelle talked to me about you a couple of years ago and she was obsessed with one of your books and felt like it changed her life.

And there, I don't know why there's something about like manifesting that has really always been intimidating to me.

And it's like I'm scared to, I'm almost scared to like wish for the best, you know, just in case it doesn't work out.

And so I did not go get the book that she told me to get and I did not do the things she told me because it was like, I don't even want to put the possibility out there and then fail at it, you know.

Okay, that's big. Okay, it's like an upper limiting kind of mentality.
