Like Jay Gonzo, who writes, I spent most of the last decade writing drawing, designing

and publishing my own comic book series, Lamano del Destino, an epic tale of Lucha Libre

set in an alternate universe, 1960s Mexico that is drawn, colored and produced to look like

a vintage comic book.

After all this time, it is finally time to collect the series into a trade paperback, as

I had originally wanted to additionally publish each issue in Spanish as they came out but

couldn't afford to as I was self-financing.

The collected edition will be both in English and Spanish as a flip book.

One half has the entire story in English, flip it over, and the other half has the entire

story in Spanish.

I am kickstarting the trade paperback so that I can connect directly with the woefully

underserved Latinx comic book community and bring them an exciting and authentic representation
