So we're hearing so much noise about this case, Roe v. Wade, being overturned. And I think there's still some confusion about exactly what has taken place.

Some people think that abortion is entirely illegal now.

Other people are thinking, wait a way, this just returns power and authority back to the states.

Can you help break this down for us?

What are the legal implications of Roe v. Wade being overturned?

And what happens now that it's been struck down? Absolutely. Well,

something I think that most people didn't realize was just how extreme Roe was. So Roe and Casey talked

about balancing the right to life against the so-called right to an abortion. But, Kurt, they did no such thing.
