Ooh, I'm getting really excited because we're getting close to 30.

That's very exciting.

I want to welcome you back.

I want to say that I recorded this episode with

Aaron Gibson a couple months ago. Maybe was it a few months ago? You know what? It may

have been a few months ago. I do know for sure that it was pre-Cootie Catcher.

Otherwise that would have been in play because Aaron would have been fantastic at the

Cootie Catcher. This is, so as I said, this is something that was recorded a little while ago.

There's some, I think some really interesting discussion in here,

Aaron is so bright and thoughtful and aware and savvy and funny and

she's a great writer and I just really tapped her brain for a lot of kind of

women's issue stuff that I wasn't necessarily planning on other

than that you know there was an there was a article that she wrote the post that she wrote

that I that I wanted to start up at the beginning. I don't know why I'm explaining all

of this you're just going to hear all of it anyway but suffice it to say I think it's a

really interesting episode hopefully it won't make you guys think and I say it in the episode but I welcome you to

Respond with your thoughts and ideas and and I'm always just trying to figure it figure it all out and always failing but benefiting so much from your

perspectives and your points of view but again I talk about that on the episode so I

won't go too much more into that. I do want to tell you that I have so many
