You're going to love today's show because it's all about Erica Jane, but it's a different

spin on what you've been hearing because I know that all of the podcasts have been doing

their Erica Deep Dives weekly, daily, hourly for the past 12 months,

and I've stayed away from it, but I've had Erica haters harassing me for days, so I just felt

like, you know what, it's time to address the pretty mess in the room, and I don't think you're

going to be happy with what you hear, because, you know what, we go over the facts

and the Erica haters are not going to like, they're not going to like the reality of the

situation, I don't think. So I have Zach Peter on from the No Filter podcast. He has been doing

a lot of fact-based coverage on the whole Erica Jane situation. And yeah, the haters aren't going to like this.

And my gut's been telling me that you guys have been spreading a lot of misinformation on

social media because I get these long, exhausting messages in my DMs and on Twitter all

the time, like, ranting about Erica and with all these allegations and craziness and I see it and I'm just like

okay but you know she hasn't been charged with anything so something's not adding up here because

if she's as bad as all these things your message you're being about but she's not charged at all

and there's only like this lawsuit against her trying to get money back.

So, look, we get into the legality of it all.

We debunked a lot of the Twitter talking points, which was nice.

Even if you are an Erica Hater, I recommend listening to this, not just to listen to me, listen to Zach.

He is really across all of this stuff and does a really good job.

I've been clear and open from the beginning that I'm not really interested in the legal. Legal mumbo-jumbo of it all doesn't excite me. It's not why I watch
