Eric Menendez is still recovering from kidney stones gone bad.

debated cases in modern american jurisprudence history, the case of

Eric and La Manendez. They are, of course, the Beverly Hills brothers, once from New Jersey,

who brutally murdered their parents back in 1989 and have been fighting ever since to tell the world

why now a lot of their family members are saying it is time for them to be let out

of prison as they are saying the same thing. A parole hearing, as I said, just weeks away.

And tonight we've got two of the best guests to discuss this topic starting off with

Robert Rand, the OG investigative reporter on this story.
