The pride of U.S. soccer.

But here's the deal.

It is okay.

I'm giving everyone permission who's listening to this.

It is okay for you to be angry at the U.S. women's national soccer team. It is okay for you to be disappointed in that team. That's right. If you are angry and you are disappointed, then that means they're doing something right. And to me, if we are angry at the U.S. women's soccer team, it is a greater sign of their success than maybe even their success. Right. That, like, they fell short of everyone's goals for them. They should be a dominant team. We're not supposed to lose. We were looking forward to them going on another run and winning the gold medal. They came two games away. But the whole way this tournament was played by this team, to me, showed me that they were not going to win.

No. First of all, they get owned by Sweden in game one and lose three nothing. Then in a weird

game against Australia, they play for the tie just to advance, which I guess is fine. And they

had a goal called back, which was questionable. It shows you how few chances you get. When you looked at the game against Canada, each team only had a couple of chances. And then Canada got a weird penalty shot, and you're like, there's the game right there. The United States throughout this entire tournament has not been able to generate offense. And when you don't, yes, they scored six goals against. I forget who they were playing against, but they scored six goals.

Fine.
