We begin with the most recent. Christy Noam, Secretary of Homeland Security, just announcing

that Customs and Border Patrol has had the lowest number of

nationwide encounters in documented American history at 25,243, that is, encounters with illegal

aliens, that's 12% lower than the previous record said in February of 2025. Now, that doesn't mean obviously documented American history.
