0:49.8	proliferation of theories of everything which come with monocurs like the God equation, the mind of God, and all sorts of other identities.
1:00.0	And I want to really just take a step back.
1:02.0	We had a conversation last summer with PBS space time studios
1:05.4	about theories of everything.
1:07.2	I want to take stock, where are we at now
1:09.8	with some recent events that have come up,
1:11.9	that some say give us reason to cleave to one theory or another and these are
1:17.6	events that are anomalies that are unexpected that bring up problems perhaps cracks in the standard
1:23.7	model of physics and these are the LHC beauty experiment and the G-
1:29.7	minus two experiment at Fermilab and it's funny because as was said of Stephen Hawking, he was
1:36.0	the safest person to ever make a bet with because no matter what side you took, you'd always
1:39.7	win the bet. So all the sides of these different theories of everything seem to claim the Michi Okaku on the Into the Impossible podcast.
1:53.0	He said that these new anomalies are totally consistent and in fact may be evidence for the
1:59.0	God equation, aka string theory.
