When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, think about that. The hip-hop preacher himself, Mr. Eric Thomas, was in studio last week to explain that concept, which I think he came up with on the top of his head when he was speaking to a group of elementary school kids, I think five, seven years ago. And and turns out that this was B roll footage

that he thought would never be used that a documentary filmmaker made of him

while he was speaking to this class at one of these free lectures before anyone knew his name.

And then it was discovered and it became one of the most popular videos on YouTube.

When you see him tell these kids, when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful.

And Eric spent the next 90 minutes with us and it was one of the most special podcasts I've been a part of.

He's the hip-hop preacher for a reason. He's got a southern kind of Baptist minister about him.

He's super positive, super energetic. He was here for a week or so in the UK, did three live shows, was doing media left and right, but man, the guy is always on and he's opinionated he says things you don't want to hear as well and that's what I like about him a lot if you haven't heard of him
