But today, we got Eric Krasno.

One of my favorite guitar players since I was a teenager. When I was a teenager, I saw him play with Soul Live, with lettuce. I've seen him play with Tedeschi Trucks Band. He is one of those guitar players that can span all genres. R&B, bong, soul, pop, jazz, so many different things. I've seen him play in a lot of different settings, and it's super inspiring. Krasno is also one of the kings of guitar in the jam scene. I mean, come on. This cat can jam! He gets it. He gets it. Look, if you're somebody who's trying to jam, trying to know how to prepare for a jam session, this is one of those things. Some people are like, how do you jam?

How do you know what to do when you go to a jam session? How do you decide what to do? How can you prepare for that? I actually have thought a lot about this, and I made a video lesson on this in my guitar course, how to prepare for jam sessions. It might seem like a kind of counterintuitive thing of like, oh, like, you should just show up and play.

But there actually is ways that you can set yourself up for success going into jams, jam sessions, open mics, whatever, all that kind of stuff.
