Mr. K-PART, it is a pleasure to see you as always, how you doing?

I am well, thanks, I am well, so we got to talk about some things before we talk about

the book.

As America's former chief law enforcement official, what do you make of the recent string

of mass shootings and attempts in Congress to pass some type of gun safety legislation?

You know, well, unfortunately, what we're seeing now in the nation with regard to mass

shootings is not something that is unique to this year.

We have been seeing this for decades at this point.

If you look back to, you know, those awful shootings, almost a decade of goers at this

point in Newtown, at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

We have seen time after time after time.
