Eric Dickerson. Hello, how are you doing, sir? Good, Dave. How you doing, man?

It's great to talk to you. I'm a little bit giddy, so I'll try to keep it down a notch.

But I'm excited to be talking to you. So this is something I always ask people when they write a book.

Why at this point in your life and at this point in your career did you decide to put your life

story out there for the public? Well, I've been talking about it for years by doing it. I started

one many years ago with a friend, and he passed away.

So it just never came to fruition.

And then this is probably this jump forward 15 years later, talking to my friend Gustavo Miguel.

And some of the stories, because I hadn't know Goose, but maybe three or four,

about three years, some of the stories and, you know, some things he'd heard me talk about. He's like, Eric, man, your life is, wow, it's just so interesting. You should do a book. And I've heard it before. So he said, I'm going to find you a writer. I'm going to find you a good writer. And he went out and found me Greg Hanlon.
