After the last week time we were here three weeks ago, I didn't think you could experience a more gut-wrenching loss, but this was it with the stakes, the wild card round of the playoffs leading 21 to three

in this game at halftime, 21 to 6 entering the fourth quarter, and to lose this game, absolutely

gut-wrenching. What a way to end the season building our

foundation on what the 2026 Chicago Bears are going to look like that's all we're really focused on

we'll worry about the season opponents and all that come training camp into training camp we'll start

turning the page but for right now we're just all about the work we're all all about the grind. We're spending time together. We're getting to know each other.

Players get to know players, players get to know the coaches, vice versa.

That's what this time of year is for is putting the work in, bigger, stronger, faster,

getting to know introduction to the scheme. We're not going to master that until we get the

pads on. You always fall in love with some players in the springtime, and it doesn't always translate, so you try not to fall in that trap as a coach. We're just, we're looking to get a little bit better every single day and get to know each other in the process. Fourth down and four, 14 of the Rams. Shot and snap. Goes back four.
