And let's revisit a case out of New Jersey that recently resurfaced because the man who shot the woman

is now suing an equestrian agency for not keeping that woman in check. Saddle up. This one

is a wild ride. First off, I know nothing about the fancy schmancy world of dressage. The International Equestrian Federation

describes dressage as the highest expression of horse training. This is where the horse and the

rider are expected to perform from memory a series of predetermined movements. For me, I thought it was

kind of like dancing with the stars, but with a horse and a rider

because there's a dance routine, and the horse is totally performing that dance routine,

and the human is supposed to be riding the horse just looking like it's effortless

that the horse is performing the routine. Dressage is in the

Olympics, and they have a world equestrian games, and judges evaluate the tests, that's what

they're called, but those are like the movements that the horse and rider complete, and they're

given a score between 1 and 10.

So kind of think like gymnastics, but a horse and a rider.

Now the horse has a sort of costume with a braided mane,

usually a long silky tell, and a very specific tack or saddle.

They even polish the horse's hooves. And the rider has like the long black dress boots,

white or cream-colored breeches, and yes, I looked it up, that's what the pants are called,
