Green held the press conference with Epstein survivors ahead of the vote that's scheduled for this

afternoon.

and Galane Maxwell's abuse, they want the files released. In fact, all Americans

want the files released. So they were outside the Capitol this morning making another plea to

Congress members on both sides of the aisle. I want to show you some of the comments as I believe

that they're extremely, extremely powerful.

Now, a common theme throughout the survivors' remarks was whether the Epstein files are or are not political.

Annie Farmer spoke about her sister, Maria's efforts to tell the FBI, literally to inform the FBI about

Survivors have repeatedly stated that our pursuit of transparency and justice is a nonpartisan issue.

But given the political noise surrounding this case, I just want to remind people of some

of the facts.

In 1996, when my sister Maria bravely blew the whistle on this group by reporting to the FBI

what Epstein and Maxwell did to both of us, they hung up on the phone on her and there

was no follow-up of any kind.
