Happy 2024. It's officially an election year and while the talk is constantly about

Biden's soft support, we're going to look at whether Trump's situation is really any different.

The Iowa caucus is in less than two weeks. It's getting real.

We'll talk about what we're looking to learn from Iowa. As of now Trump won't be on the

ballot in Maine. That's a big deal because it's the first such case where actual toss-up electoral votes are at stake.

Meanwhile, President Biden is about to go into candidate Biden mode with a seemingly new

message.

As always, we'll talk about how it'll play out for you in real conversations with real people.

Finally, we'll look at quarterback Aaron Rogers and Senator Bob Menendez, two New Jersey figures whose careers are or should be on their way to an end.

All right, well, Jason, five days ago,

the main secretary of states booted Trump from the ballot. This is obviously the second state after

Colorado to do so. Let's throw up on the screen here. There's this helpful map that

the New York Times put together which shows states where the challenges

to the to Trump's access to the ballot are pending where they've been

rejected and where they've been rejected, and where they've been successful.

And while Salty pulls this up, I think it's really interesting because you have blue states

where it doesn't really matter, right? California know, California, etc, where it's pending.

You have read states where the Supreme Courts aren't going to,

you know, the state courts are just packed with Maggore Republicans and all like good and they're not going to rule in our favor.
