0:11.9	I think he's smart and thoughtful, and I think he shares my grief over gun deaths in the

0:19.0	And I think a foundation that almost all of us would find with nearly any human, right,

0:28.2	And so when I'm talking with him, I often will say, well, what about this?
0:33.0	And he'll say, he has kind of this rubric that my proposals are going to be ineffective
0:39.9	or unconstitutional, and sometimes he'll throw in ignorant, not directed at me, but at a

0:47.6	And I think that there is some fairness in his critiques, although I have recently said,
0:52.6	look, through this lens, I'm going to strike out on something every single time.

0:58.2	If I can come up with something that would be really effective, you're going to say it's

1:01.6	And if I can come up with something constitutionally, you're going to tell me it's ineffective.
