How the heck did you end up finding a deal in the cat skills of New York?

Not just any deal.

An incredible deal.

I think the legacy asset deal of a lifetime, hopefully.

So it goes back to just over a year ago when we purchased our property in upstate

New York, a little bit of backstory.

So my love, Ellery, she is from upstate New York near the Albany area. And we have properties

in three different states, kind of all over the place. And we've been operating our hospitality

business for a while. And she said, yeah, I really want to do something in New York, something in the mountains. Let's do something there.

And so just over a year ago, we purchased a historic barn, not the property we're talking about today, but this is just the backstory of how we ended up in New York in the Catskills.

So we purchased a nine bedroom, eight and a half bath, historic barn on 20 acres,

beautiful mountain views upon the whole nine. And we've been operating that property as both a

short-term rental and as kind of like a mini retreat and wellness center for a year now. And we've had

a ton of success with it.
