The biggest difference is the vehicle, and the vehicle we'll be discussing in this new podcast is real estate, specifically hospitality, and more specifically, how we look to create the world's

most unique and boutique experiential hospitality by creating micro resorts around the world.

Micro resorts.

A word that is semi entering the lexicon in the hospitality space.

I would say maybe just amongst the nerdiest of nerds of people who go to like a thing

called boutique hotel con, maybe half of those 80 people know the term micro resorts.

How are you defining a micro resort?

Because that's where we're really leaning into experiential hospitality.

Yeah, I think to try to put it as concisely as possible, at least in my head, you know, it's kind of this balance between hotels, short-term rentals, and, you know,

your bigger, you know, resorts, right? You kind of have all of these different hospitality categories, right? You know, individual short-term rentals, your Airbnbs that, you know, a family's

coming to or a couple and, and that sort of thing being like kind of the small end of the spectrum.

And then you have like, you know, kind of your standard hotels where, you know, you're lodging a lot of people, you know, but it's not as as private or unique.

And then you do have like massive resorts.

You know, you go to the Caribbean.

You go to these resorts and it's, you know you go to the caribbean you go to these
