So here we are in the second part of our series on How to Say No, in which we were talking to Oprah Winfrey.

We talked about a letter and Oprah had a lot of interesting things to say about the struggle many of us have with Say No.

And what it means to say yes.

Yeah, in fact, I was thinking about, I don't know if I've ever told you this story, but years ago after I wrote the silly book about candy called

Candy Freak, I was contacted by a film crew.

They identified themselves as a documentary film crew.

And they wanted to come to my house in Summerville, Massachusetts and talk to me about my obsession with candy.

And of course, the people, you know, the publishing house were like, yes, oh my god, this is such an opportunity.

It's going to make this book a bestseller blah blah.

And I myself was like, yes, well, I know a lot about candy and it's almost totally useless information.
