Chris Cody was texting me on Saturday asking me for restaurant recommendations in New York City because he was there with his wife this past weekend.

And Lehman and I were talking to each other and we were like, I feel like Chris really likes New York.

I love it.

Like if you didn't live in Broward, could you picture yourself living in New York City? I've always said that I don't really picture myself going anywhere, but if you made me go somewhere,

maybe there's other places that I haven't been to yet, but as far as places I've been,

that's like I could go back there and live, New York City.

Strong agree. And I might, I don't know, maybe I'd feel differently after a year because, like, you know,

people get in there.

You've been on vacation.

You haven't lived there.

Well, we're not saying you have to move there and then you can never leave again.

Right.

But I would give it a try. It's just everyone feels like they're going somewhere. You walk by people around here and it's just like, I don't think that guy, that guy might

be not doing anything.

Whereas everyone in New York, you're just like.

This is a vacation town, dude.

It's still a vacation town.
