I feel like there's a portion in like every renovation project, especially if you're like not where you're going, that you're just over. And you're like, okay, I don't care anymore. Like, let's just get in. Like, get me into this house. This is taken way too long. Where at the beginning, you don't let things slide. At the end, it's like, you could be missing, like, a full tile. And you're like, I'll figure it out. like we'll put the chip on top of top of that a table whatever like worry good. Billy you had to renovate your whole house

after you moved in. Is that correct? I had to do it twice. Twice because you had water damage.

Yeah so like the first when we got it, um when we got it they did that table trick where we like

we looked at and looked around like you know there's a little bit

of damage but it's fine like you just tear it was whatever and then when everything was out of the

house there was an actual just giant chunk of wood missing from the wood floor where we saw concrete

oh no we had to replace that floor anyways so it wasn't a deal, but they definitely did some tricks where they

covered it up. Then there was another room where they used like, what is it, like laminate or

whatever, like the fake like wood floors. And they put that directly on top of another damage

wood floor. And then in the time between when we saw it and when we closed, like the air was off

and all this stuff. So like there's all this humidity built up inside once we took it up it was like they pulled over on us

so we had to like redo a lot of that situation insurance never handled that no i mean we we just

bought the house they knew it was like a so like that was something that we had to do so it didn't come

up in your inspection or anything no no no oh they really got so we had to do. And it didn't come up in your inspection or anything? No, no, no.

Oh, they really got one. So we had to redo it, which we knew we were going to have to do work anyways, but we had to redo it. And then, like, 10 months later, after we were done, we had to redo it because there was a leak, because someone hit a pipe when they were installing baseboards and had been leaking, and then there was like mold and they had to like tear everything up and we had to start again.

But here's the good news

for those of you who are loyal mystery creators at least i bought the right house which is not uh

something that everybody at this table can say where someone saw a house that was not the house

he intended to close on it ended up getting a different house.
