It's not about the crime you commit. The question is, who do you commit the crime against?

Oh. If I lie to my friend, there will be no repercussions. If you lie to your parents,

you may get grounded. If you lie in the court of law, you will go to jail. It's the same crime

alive, but who are you committing the crime against? That is what dictates the severity of the

punishment. John Grootman, who he commit the crime against that got him punished this severely.

he called him Dumoris Smith, Dumoris Smith, and had lips the size of Michelin tires. We kind of

It wasn't for him sending the topless pictures of the Washington cheerleaders to the old Washington

president and what not because people have unfortunately mistreated women and gotten away with it

for far too long in society. I just remember injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Shepter. Amine, I want to toss it to you first after listening to that sound from Emmanuel and

FS1. What was your reaction? I didn't thought about it, to be honest. In the context that what happened

to John Grootman in terms of sanction or pressure to step down was a result of the escalation of

this trail of emails that started with some garden variety racism, Godhunt and misogyny and homophobia.

But apparently the biggest phobia you can not be is commissioner phobic, right? The shield phobic.

And that's where the buck stopped. I hadn't thought about it in that regard. I don't know if I agree.

It's an interesting theory, but maybe I'm uninformed on this. But the impression that I get is that

Roger Gidell is not a figure who rules through fear. He's not David Stern. Like this is what I'm saying.
