It's driving home from the day job today and I got a text from a friend of mine

and said that Daisy Ridley revealed what Carrie Fisher whispered to her during their big hug.

They had that big hug in the Force Awakens. But apparently there's another hug.

I got to get to the bottom of this. Is there more than one hug? Because I would distinctly remember a hug that happened in the Force Awakens and it says that there's a previously unused hug.

Yes. So I need help remembering this and I'm so I'm going to I'll bring in the big guns here. Of course here on Rebel Force Radio this week show for Friday July 5th 2019.

Happy Independence Day belated to our fellow Americans. But I got to get to the bottom of this hug business.

So my good friend and yours from Chicago Jimmy Mac. Gonna help me weigh in.

Hey Jason Hay Star Wars fans. Okay. So here's the deal. The hugs. The hug looks like an alternate take of that same scene from the Force Awakens that they're going to reincorporate as part of the new Carrie Fisher footage.

That they're going to put into episode nine. That's what I was thinking so we'll talk about same wardrobe. I mean this is it's just an alternate take of the same hug that we've already seen.

This is the infamous hug that happens in lieu of a hug between Princess Leia and Chubaka. Right. That happens right after you know we lose Han Solo.

So it really is just another take but it's the same hug that's all it is. Yeah it's another take same hug. I believe there will be some CGI aging going on with Carrie Fisher.

But you can clearly see the hug happen in the rise of Skywalker teaser. It's it's in there. Yeah right. Right. Right. Right. That's the other hug. Uh huh. Yeah definitely with with Daisy wearing her episode nine word word.

No nine word row. And not the baboon ass hairstyle for episode seven word row. No. No I am because I'm talking specifically about the hug scene in the rise of Skywalker teaser trailer.

So they've altered her look. Yes. It appears they've altered her hair and they may have added some additional aging to Carrie's face. But she's clearly hugging Daisy and Daisy's wearing her episode nine word row. The white whatever that is.

I don't even know what to call Daisy's clothes. It's like is it a shirt? What is that? What are those? I don't even know the wrappings around the arms. Yeah. Yeah. Right. The bands. So I get this text. It says so Daisy has revealed what Carrie Fisher whispered to her during the rise of Skywalker hug. And I wrote back immediately probably something filthy. I was like what what was your thing about the monkey. Yeah. Remember that. Yeah.
