This year I heard a really difficult news from a friend and it really kind of knocked

me off my chair a bit because I had never met somebody who had been so ill in that way.

So I had a friend who has a beautiful girl, a beautiful, beautiful girl.

She had really found out that she was really ill at a really young age.

And I just didn't know what to say to her.

And I just didn't know how to comfort her because how do you comfort someone you find

out that your friend's kid is really sick.

And I just didn't know what to do.

And thankfully this podcast has kind of been an agent of help for me these days, or these

And as much as it's helping me, I hope it's helping others.
