Summary

Daniel had the most incredible career imaginable; he was transported as a teenage captive to a pagan empire and became the primary confidante to the ruler of Babylon. When Babylonia was taken over by its enemies, he rose to the second or third position in the Persian Empire. There are only two people in the Bible other than Jesus Christ of which no evil is spoken, Joseph and Daniel. The book of Daniel is in two halves: the first six chapters are historical, which deal with the adventures and career of this remarkable man. The second six chapters are some of the most pivotal and important prophecies of the entire Bible. Without a clear understanding of the book of Daniel you will not understand the times in which we live. This study contains 16 hours of verse by verse teachings. 1:16.0	Obviously he has a doubt in his mind, and he has an expectation, but he certainly
1:19.2	has a doubt in his mind.
1:21.2	Then Daniel said unto the king, O king, live forever.
1:24.6	My God hath sent his angel and hath shut the lion's mouths that they have not hurt me.
1:29.1	For as much as before him, innocence he was found in me and also before the O King, have I done no hurt.
1:36.7	Boy, this guy, this guy, Daniel. Then was the king exceeding glad for him and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den.
1:47.3	So Daniel was taken up out of the den and no manner of hurt was found upon him.
1:52.3	Because why?
1:54.6	He believed in his God.
1:55.6	And by the way, the word here is a little weak.
1:59.5	He did more than believe in his God. He relied on that belief. That's called faith. Faith is not little weak. He did more than believe in his God.
