In today's study, Dr. Mistler begins his teaching on the Book of Revelation chapter 12 well we're continuing our study of the book of revelation

and we are in session 17 focusing on chapter 12 one of the most pivotal chapters, not just the book of Revelation

in the entire Bible. It's going to bring to focus some issues for all of us. Now, I want to

remind you, we are in that third section of this book. The book itself has given us our outline.

John has told her, write the things which thou hast seen, the things which are, and the things which shall be meditata

hereafter. The things which John had seen by the end of chapter one was the vision of the Lord,

a post-resurrection vision of our Lord Jesus Christ.

And the detail and the descriptors that are used there

are then used as linkages throughout the rest of the book.

Write things where it's the housing

and the things which are,

and the most important part of the entire book

are chapters two and three for you and me.

The seven churches that profile all of us, all of us individually,

all the churches we've ever been in, and perhaps most provocatively, a history of the church in

advance. Those, if you're going to really master chapter, those two chapters are the most

important part of the entire book. But we're in this third section, the things which shall be

after this, the thing which shall be after this,

the thing which follows the churches. In chapters four through 22 is the rest of the book.
