At a luncheon held earlier today at City Hall I was able to catch up with Greg

Fricard the man of the hour for more on his thoughts regarding this prestigious award.

It's just such an honor to even be up on stage with men like Mayor Grisham and Sheriff

Gunderson and Howard Ford, Beauregarde the the third I mean much less to be honored with a

citizen of the year award good golly miss Molly everything is coming up

fricard indeed it is mr. beauregard told a story about the heroism of Mr. Fricard that took the room by surprise.

To think that this man put life and limb on the line for another resident of King Falls is just, well look at this, I've got goosebumps.

Greg Frickert is just an amazing human being, and we are all so lucky to be able to call him a friend, a neighbor, and now King Falls Citizen of the Year.

I mean, anybody would do it it running a beloved gourmet restaurant while subsequently

saving the love of my life anyone worth a darn would do it.
