What's up guys? So today on the podcast, we have J.P. Denaal.

JP was one of the people where I asked people, and you'll hear this on the podcast in just a bit,

I asked people who they would like to see on the podcast.

And a bunch of different names came up.

And his name came up several times.

And so I didn't know him at the time, so I had to look him up. I was like, oh, this guy's, he's pretty cool. He was a Navy Sill. He served with, obviously, Jocko, which you guys know, probably, I'm sure. And, you know, he was a fought

MMA. He does Jiu-Jitsu. He does all this stuff in there. And now he works with Jocko

and Leif on the Eschlon Front Company where, and again, they deal with leadership and stuff like that. So I won't take too much from the podcast. But we go through his start into all that stuff.

And there's a lot of cool things for anyone that's, again, I really get interested in listening to people start.

Because a lot of times you see this thing where, you know, there's so many difficulties on someone's path that they're trying to follow, especially if they're following their own unique path. And so I like talking to people like that just because, again, whether it's, you know,

jihitzy related or not, it doesn't really matter. There's common principles and threads that
