That cops got to know how to talk to people, and that's something that I feel like as an industry,

we're finally realizing it's important. And that's one thing in our agency is, man, we're going to

treat people like people, and yeah, we're going to have to drag a field into jail. But there's a way to do that respectfully. And there's a way to talk to folks that are

on the streets like they're real people, like they're normal, and that we're not necessarily

above them. We might have to hold them to the line, but knowing how to talk to people, man,

that is so important. And we really drive that home at our agency. The stuff that is nearest and dearest

to me is when I'm working with the sheriff's office, working with the chief police in the local town, getting to follow these folks and these stories, this is the story of America. This is who we are.

And as long as we keep working together to tell these stories, that's the best thing out there.
