Oh boy, I got jet lag, ladies and gentlemen.

Got back from Asia this weekend, and I've just been kind of trying to get back into the scheme of things but it's hard that's a that's a hard when you thing when you when you fly from west to east is that what it is I don't know whatever it is I'm still kind of upside down and I woke up way too early this morning to check the surf but the ocean wasn't cooperating so now I'm just like really over-caffinated and kind of

zombying through my day but whatever I'm still gonna get to the beach today

god damn it so I gotta get as much beach time this week as I can because I gotta leave again next week.

On a sad note, I just wanted to say that my heart really goes out to everybody down in Texas

and the Gulf Coast area that's been affected by Hurricane Harvey.

It's been awful to watch, you know, on the news every night and I suspect that the death toll is going to rise in the coming days and you know anyway

just hoping that things get back to some version of normal down there soon for

everybody affected by that terrible situation.
