Well, hello, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast.

And today, you are getting a special episode at a different day of the week.

Usually I upload on Tuesdays, but if you follow me on social, you know that I've been out of the office. I've been traveling and I was out in California. Actually, I was in San Diego for a few days where I

attended a conference called Entree Leadership by the Dave Ramsey Solutions Company. And this is actually

my third time attending this conference

and hands down it is the best investment.

It is an investment.

It's a little more pricier for the tickets but the reason that I love this conference

is I have never been to a conference that does leadership development and training like Dave Ramsey

Solutions.

And it just knocks your socks off, gives you so much great content, food for thought.

It just really challenges me in my leadership and the way that I think about the way I run my team, the way I run my company, the way that I want to leave a legacy and how I want to lead my life.

And so this conference just really is near and dear to my heart.

And I walked away with so many truths coming out of this.
