I am Catherine Weigel. I am one of your hosts and I've lost about 150 pounds. And with me today

lovingly is her scrappy sidekick Donald Weigel.

You're not scrappy. But I am your sidekick. I'm your sidekick. Weigel. You're not scrappy.

But I am your sidekick.

I'm your sidekick.

We're one another, we're the sidekicks. We're each other sidekicks.

Yeah, we're our wing, wing, folk.

Which one of us is the main hero?

We are heroes to each other and to ourselves.

And I say we're both each other's wing folk.

Heroes of weight maintenance. Yes. Wow, we're great at this. Even after almost two years of

inspiring people, we still know how to just launch the episode in a really strong way. We sure do.

I am Donald Weigel and I've lost about 100 pounds.

I've been maintaining I think I don't I honestly don't if I had, I'd have to like look at a calendar.
