Hello, welcome to knitting pipeline. This is episode 95. Pete answers questions. You can probably already tell from the music that this episode is a little bit different than previous episodes.

That is Pete on the mandolin for our intro.

He is going to be answering the questions that were posed after episode 93 when he talked

about his 485-plus mile solo hike of the Colorado Trail.

Today is June 26, 2012.

We actually recorded this about 10 days ago

while he was still staying with us and getting ready for his trip.

He started his hike today and except for the wildfires in Colorado right now, I think things are going well.

And if this is your first time to listen to the show, this is not typical,

so I hope you come back for some knitting chatter on the next episode.

Well, I am here in the blithering room with my son Pete.

If you did not listen to last week's show, we'll tell you briefly what he's going to do he's

going to hike the Colorado Trail solo starting at the end of June and it is about a

500 mile,

285 give or take.

So there were some questions and thank you to everyone

who wrote in questions. I originally thought that I would keep. everyone who

asked what question, but it got a little tricky

because there was a lot of overlap.

So unless a question was completely unique,

I probably won't say who asked it.

And so I have grouped them a little bit.
