Summary

It seemed like an evening like any other for Karen Millsap. She picked up her kids from her husband’s CrossFit gym in the evening and headed home to do some work. But a single phone call was all it would take to shatter the illusion of normalcy forever. Amid the chaos on the other end of the phone, Karen was able to make out just one word. “Shot.” By the time she got there it was too late, and Karen found herself widowed at only 29 years old. Karen sits down with Davey to talk about the things she’s learned from grief and how she’s using her story to help others who find themselves in the same situation. 1:10.9	life. Like, we have been there through the good times and in those really do prepare us to walk through the hardships with them and and because we have made so many deposits of rejoicing with them.
