You know, I try, I try to be.

I kind of always have just because of the fishing thing in the boat.

You're bouncing around all the time, you know, and when you're on the big waters, like you know, like the St. Lawrence, and you're on the big waters, it gets rough.

And rough water really takes its toll on you if you're out of shape because you're continuously having to adjust your body for the way the boats moving, et cetera, et cetera.

And at the end of the day, you'll find out that you have aches and pains in places you never knew you could get them, which is kind of crazy.

You've talked about it before. You you were like a multi sport athlete in high school, right? Swimming, correct?

We had a whole show on swimming. You shocked me with your affinity for swimming.

Yeah, diving. I swam. I dove. I skied.

I wrestled a little bit, but when I wrestled, I used to get my brains kicked in. I had a wrestle at 132 pounds.

So I always had to shed the weight, always had to sit in the sauna.

Back then, we would sauna ourselves to death, to drop weight. And at 132 pounds, I was emaciated.

My body didn't want to carry, my body wanted more weight on it than that.
