Welcome to another episode of Is This Real Life?

I'm actually starting to ask myself that about the state of our country and the state of the world,

not just what I'm watching on television.

This has been a truly painful week in American history.

We saw 100,000 people die from coronavirus, and the number just continues to rise.

And then in my hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, a man, George Floyd, was murdered by a police officer while three of his colleagues stood by and did nothing. The past few days have been

filled with chaos and pain. And I just want you

all to know that I am holding all of you, especially black Americans in my heart. And I hope that we can

all work together to dismantle white supremacy, which has reigned in this country for way too long.

Now, don't want to get too political.

You all know me.

I love my politics.

I'm hoping that this episode can be a bit of a distraction, some relief just to talk about
