As a bunch of cisgender podcasters, we figured we could use some help in discussing issues related to gender diversity in behavior analysis. 1:20.8	information for both of you? So where do you come from? How does you come to want to be on the show

1:32.7	So this is Aaron. I'll go first. So I've been a behavior analyst for about five years.
1:38.8	And Kristen and I met a couple years ago at Florida Association for Behavior Anousis Conference.
1:43.9	And I started talking. We developed the Confessions of Behavior Analyst's Facebook group.
1:48.0	And so through all of that, you know, become really good friends.
1:54.1	And so we went to the, what was it, the boot camp, act boot camp in Baltimore.
