Hello guys welcome back to the Feelcress of Rival podcast I'm your host Mike and

today I'm joined by a whole bunch of army guys thanks for coming out today thanks guys thanks

for having us today we have Lieutenant Colonel Morley first Sergeant Zillard and

Matt Sergeant first class Vincent from the local recruit and battalion and we

wanted to do a army podcast Matt's been hitting me up so our first class

Vincent has been hitting me up about doing an army podcast and kind of talking

about the relevant situation going on with the army recruit and challenges and

you know let's talk about you know kind of my experiences as well on transferring

or transmitting transmitting transferring from the military transitioning into

civilian life and how that's kind of affected my life overall we talk about

a lot Matt and I'm very interested to hear the army's perspective on it the

last time I was sitting with a lieutenant Colonel was probably three years ago

in the year Africa when I was going a a J set for 19 special forces group but I

appreciate you guys coming out thanks thanks for being here absolutely thanks for

having us hey so we know we'll start it off and the voice you just heard was

Lieutenant Colonel Morley's voice and we'll just call him Colonel Morley for the

podcast keep it short but we want to talk about some of the challenges that you

guys face because as a recruit and command as recruit and command you guys are

are tasked with recruiting America's best into the ranks of our military and so
